“Follow Instructions”

We are notoriously poor followers of instructions. Even simple ones. Even conspicuously beneficial ones.

We live in a world so flooded by “entertainments” that the “novels” are drowning.

I’m not really sure I need a reason.

Change is difficult, even if it’s for the better.

We never see anything but the familiar.

There’s no better way to get to know people, to disarm prejudices, and to remove the barrier of “the other” than to learn a language.

Like all Northwesterners, I do have my own pet theory about the Cooper case.

Crap Wildlife Photography is a great equalizer.
